B.I.C. Precision has been ISO 9000 registered since 2007. Based on a 5 year average, our On-Time Delivery rating is 98.17%, with a low customer complaint rating of 1.25%. Considering the thousands of jobs that leave our shop every year, we are proud of these ratings, but continue to strive for perfection.

Our Quality Department can perform First Article Inspection, routine inspection, PPAP’s, Contract inspection with customizable reports, all using our calibrated inspection equipment:

  • Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex S7106 CMM with probe scanning capability (27.6” x 39.4” x 23.6” work envelope)
  • Brown and Sharp CMM with PCDIMIS Software
  • Digital Optical Comparators
  • Rockwell Hardness Tester
  • Assortment of Threaded Plug and Ring Gages
  • Large variety of manual inspection gages

We use GagePak identification and tracking software for data collection regarding usage and calibration information for all gages in our facility.

Quality Policy

To provide all our customers with increasing value that meets or exceeds their requirements. This is accomplished by utilizing the Quality Management System established for the continual improvement of our products, service, cost containment, and Quality System. These improvements are the result of reviewing our quality objectives, customer response, and team work efforts.


To help maintain our delivery performance, we utilize shop scheduling software to process all customer orders. With proper utilization, we can track each order through the entire machining process from start to finish.
